The rooms were beautifully decorated with modern furnishings and a spacious bathroom. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly and cute, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The hotel's central location was perfect for exploring the city and accessing key attractions. We also enjoyed the convenience of fast wifi, great to stay connected during our holiday.

There were some negatives to our experience. The hotel had poor noise insulation, making it difficult to get a restful night's sleep.

We stayed at a hotel located in the heart of the city, within walking distance of all the main attractions. The hotel was right in the center of the busy area over Halloween, on the Royal Mile. Our room was beautifully furnished with state-of-the-art facilities and had a stunning view of St. Giles. The bathroom was luxurious with a freestanding bath and a massive shower. The staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive. We enjoyed a great breakfast with a small continental selection and hot dishes to order.

The layout of the hotel could have been more practical, with better shelving in the bathroom and a single bathroom and toilet instead of separate ones.

We had an amazing stay in the heart of the Royal Mile. The location was perfect for exploring the city - just a short walk to the Castle and Palace. The room was spacious and clean, with a beautiful view of the Mile. The bathroom was a highlight, with a luxurious shower and tub. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious, with a great selection of continental and hot options. We also loved the convenience of having a bar and restaurant downstairs.

The lack of an elevator, which made it a bit difficult to carry our luggage up the stairs.

We had an excellent stay at this luxurious hotel. The bedroom was amazing, with an extra large comfortable bed that provided enhanced comfort. The room was well-equipped with a mini fridge stocked with goodies and a coffee pod machine for real espresso coffee. The added bonus of delicious brownies on arrival made us feel truly pampered. We were also impressed with the efficient service, as we were able to drop off our luggage early without any additional fees. The bathroom was stunning, with a rain shower and a separate toilet. the room provided a luxurious and comfortable experience.

The location of this place is fantastic! It is near the center of a busy crossroads, so there is always something happening. The staff here are very friendly and welcoming, especially the manager on arrival. The room was modern, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed, including a large TV and a patio with garden furniture. The complimentary welcome drink and strawberries dipped in chocolate were a lovely touch. The service here is excellent, with room service, dry cleaning, and bicycle hire available. I had a great stay at this hotel.
